This Thursday marks the third installment of the 2011-12 Business Briefing Breakfast Series.

The six-part series is presented by the Portland State School of Business Administration, and it provides a forum for business leaders to discuss current business trends and challenges. Portland State MBA students can take advantage of complimentary admission to meet local business leaders, gain valuable insight related to their fields of interest, and network.

This week, John Mitchell returns to deliver his annual Regional Economic Update — it's one of the most popular Business Briefing Breakfasts of the year. John served as Chairman of the Oregon Council of Economic Advisors from 1992 to 1998 and as member from 1984 to 1998, and has been making presentations on the national and regional economies to conventions, customer groups and associations for more than 37 years.
