Congratulations to Berrin Erdogan, Portland State Professor of Management and the Express Employment Professionals Endowed Professor. She was appointed Fellow by the Society for Organizational Psychology (SIOP).

SIOP Fellow status is a prestigious honor granted to SIOP members who have shown evidence of unusual and outstanding contributions to the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Industrial-organizational psychology is the scientific study of the workplace. She is also interested in understanding the implications of overqualification for employees and organizations.
